I always loved being outdoors, being in the garden & also foraging for plants. I am learning which plants are beneficial for our health and how to incorporate them in our daily lives. The more I see and learn of nature’s bounty, the more I want to use it on a daily basis. The next step is to share these things with you!
Its exciting to be doing something new, but at the same time it is quite scary! Getting everything set up, which in itself is a big task! Of course when your ready and everything is good to go, will anyone want my products? Then you just got to ask yourself… well why not? Im not the only one who wants to live healthier? Right?
